We do this by centering on pure, clean flavours that are decisive yet completely refined. We embrace certain classical cuisines & invigorate their creative possibilities by being whimsical and yet respecting the heritage and the history behind its inception. About the Chef

Once upon a time, two souls bumped into each other on a moonlit night in Goa. The stars were witness to the flame that sparked from that meeting when Aakritee, a Punjabi soul from Delhi met her dream Rajput prince Virendra (Vir) Sinh from Mumbai.

Their rendezvous blossomed into a magical love affair. They never felt the need to probe into each other’s past – it was like a moment of truth; absolute acceptance- no answers were needed, since there were no questions. Both by then, having professionally trained in the hospitality business and worked at the finest luxury hotels in the country, had garnered a compelling individual reputation in their respective fields.
